Possibly white tail. Had one on my arm that went like that. Just made sure the would was clean and dry. Used a bit of antiseptic every now and again until the wound cleaned up.

My whitetail bite turned into cellulitis….. in no time I was high as kite with a raging fever.. they had to ship me to hospital during Covid lockdown… fun times..
